1. Agreement

By using NTR GROUP (this website) and purchasing digital products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

We sell downloadable software platforms and related digital goods. You receive a license key and download access — not ownership of our source code except as licensed.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Payment

Prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal. Orders are fulfilled after successful payment.

5. License & use

Software is licensed per key and activation domain. Redistribution, resale of license keys, or use beyond your licensed activation is prohibited unless we agree in writing.

6. Support

Support is provided per product documentation and our support channels. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service of third-party hosting you choose.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for digital goods is limited to re-supply of the goods or refund where required by law.
